Funky Foliage keeps growing
The Funky Foliage Program is going from strength to strength with 18 Maitland-based businesses jumping on board. The Funky Foliage program initially involved the sale of pot plants in all shapes and sizes of pots, cans, jars and containers. More recently the program was expanded to sell plants to local business and for a small weekly fee the Endeavour Funky Foliage group visits to maintain the plants.
Tracey Williams who owns Preah Ko located at The Levee in Maitland was one of the first business to join the program.
“We absolutely love Funky Foliage. It is such an excellent way to get the Funky Foliage group participants to communicate. I have noticed a positive change in the way they work and communicate as their confidence grows. It gives everyone the chance to be responsible and accountable to their own work,” Ms Williams said.
