Residential Services

EGA has been providing individual support for people with a disability in their residential environment since 2007. EGA Villas provide permanent accommodation for people with disabilities and includes seven single units and five double units.  The residential units provide modern well-designed accommodation for up to 17 people who live independently or with minimal assistance.

EGA has a residential facility accommodating five residents and includes a fully self-contained unit in the lower level of the home. Staff ‘sleep-over’ facilities in the home enable 24 hour support.

EGA’s residential support programs have now extended to various models of outreach and in-house support. This type of service provides families with support when required throughout the year. The service user may access the community with assistance from their support worker or the support worker may stay in the home with the service user to provide respite for family members.

Our team of fun, energetic and highly experienced staff work with our clients to create their own pathways to work experience and employment.

This can include building your work readiness skills and providing training and employment options to suit your individual goals and dreams. This may be in one of our social enterprises.
